Urban Toys is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Urban Toys may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. If we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return in accordance with our Refund Policy available at /policies/refund-policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, customs processing (if applicable), or events outside our control.
Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will work with you to help resolve it.

We may provide access to third-party tools that we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without endorsement. Urban Toys is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any purchases you make in our store are made directly with Urban Toys. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Urban Toys, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
