Welcome to Urban Toys! We’re committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact support@urbanshikhar.com.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

✅ Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
There are no shipping charges at checkout.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, we can reship it once we receive it back. In that case, additional shipping time may be required.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email support@urbanshikhar.com within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos (if damaged)

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or shipped, it can’t be canceled.
