30-day returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

How to start a return
To start a return, contact us at support@urbanshikhar.com with:

The item(s) you’d like to return

The reason for the return (and photos if damaged/incorrect)
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you return instructions.
Return shipping (we cover it)
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
There are no restocking fees.
Damages, defects, and wrong items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at support@urbanshikhar.com as soon as possible with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
